George Anthony Cibulka passed away at Missouri Baptist Hospital on April 27, 2025 at the age of 70. He was born in the St. Louis area, at Scott Airforce Base, on August 20, 1954. He is predeceased by his parents Norbert Cibulka and Eileen (nee Flare); and brothers Stephen, Dan and David Cibulka.

He is survived by his loving partner, Shirley Frei; his two cherished children Justin (Jenelle) Cibulka and Katy (Colt) Cason, and five beautiful grandchildren: Jackson, Carter, Caroline and Eilee, and 2 brothers: Carl and John Cibulka.
