Bill was my brother in law and best man in our wedding. Rich (Bill’s brother) would lean on Bill for his expertise and skill he had in fixing all kinds of projects …household, cars, or just an idea. Bill usually had the best answer. Bill was a good listener and his laughter always made my heart lighter. His smile and hugs were genuine. I will miss him greatly But…I will see him again in the presence of Jesus Christ his Savior and mine.
