Charles Alfred (Cap) Nolte

Born: July 20, 1913 in Evansville IN.

Died: June 12, 2011 St. Louis MO.

He is survived by his sister Alleen Johns of Louisville KY; his daughter Sharon N. Schroader of Louisville, KY; his son Charles F. (Jan) Nolte of St Louis MO; his grandchilden Aaron M. (Natalie) Nolte of St Louis, MO and Kathryn R. (Jared) Bond of St. Louis, MO; and his great grandchildren Hannah and Peyton of St.Louis MO.

Charles was a member of Manchester United Methodist Church and a member of the United Methodist Men and was “Man of The Year” in 1992. He was a Stephens Minister and regularly visited patients in 2 local nursing homes and a hospital. He was a retired Industrial Engineer for Chrysler Corporation.

He was a member of Scottish Rite of Freemasonry 32nd degree Kirkwood Lodge # 484 Kirkwood MO; a member of the Toastmasters International; a member of Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels; a Tennessee Squire; a former Boy Scout Leader and Sunday School Teacher.

Burial will be in Mapleview Cemetery in Marion KY.

A Memorial Celebration and informal luncheon will be held on July 16, 2011 at 11:30 am in the Fellowship Hall at Manchester United Methodist Church. 129 Woods Mill Road, Manchester MO. 63011. 636-394-7506.
