Robin Lynn Mendica
Robin Lynn Mendica, of St. Louis, MO, joined our heavenly father
on August 13, 2025. Born December 12, 1960, she was the
daughter of Don and Carl Garbs.
Robin will be missed dearly by her many friends and family who
meant so much to her. She is survived by her beloved husband of
47 years, Bubba: her 2 sons, Bobby and Chris: her grandchildren
who brought her so much joy, Jaden, Maeve, and Maxwell; her
sisters, Rita (Greg) Diekemper and Susan (Vince) Monslow; her
brother Mike (Kim) Garbs.
Robin made everyone she knew feel special and loved. She was
fun, compassionate, and brought joy to all who loved her. She had
the biggest heart and was a true friend to anyone who needed her
love.
A celebration of life will be held at Old Hickory Golf Club, on Sept

Robin was one of my BEST friends for 45 years. We met in dental hygiene school and worked together right out of school for 5 years. She left work to have her 2 outstanding sons. Then worked close to home. We always picked up where we left off. Life was a blast with her! Bud and I will miss her so much…her beauty, love, laughter, cooking- boy could she cook! And her genuine friendship. Our heavy hearts go out to Bubba, the BEST husband and father and grandfather and her entire family. Now at peace….we love you, our sweet and special friend.

I will miss you and your laugh at Bunco. Girl you brought sunshine where ever you went. Blessed to have known you.
I knew Robin as my dental hygienist from Dr. Rathgeber’s office. She worked with our whole family and my mom. She was always friendly and I feel like I grew up hearing about her 2 boys and her husband. Our prayers are with her family.
