Genoa Joyce (Peace) Kirchner was born on March 9, 1928 in Apache, Oklahoma.  Surrounded by loved ones, she went home to be with her Lord and Savior on August 23, 2025 at 97 years old.

Genoa was raised in Oklahoma and later moved to the St. Louis area where she raised her family and built a full life.  She had an absolute zest for life and loved to be included in every party.  She was known for her wide and contagious smile, crazy songs, love of games and her desire to be of service to everyone around her.  She was a faithful servant of the Lord throughout her life.

Genoa was the loving mother to 4 children: Kenneth (Tanya), Kathy (Terry), Karen and Kris (Don).  Her family continued to grow with 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Genoa was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Martha; brothers, Wesley and Willie; sisters Arlene and Sylvia; son, Kenneth; son-in-law, Don and great granddaughter, Everly.

Genoa will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her family as “Mom”, “Grandma K”, “Crazy Grannie” and “GG”.
