Henry Vernon Haskenhoff (Hanko) passed September 14th 2025 peacefully in his
recliner at the ripe age of 78. Born and raised on the south side of St. Louis by his
wonderful mother Bertha, he and his brothers Frank and Reg attended Southwest
High. He had a passion for golf, singing, fishing, family, friends, and we can’t forget
his trusty dog Butter. He served in the U.S. Army, was a lifetime salesman, and a
wonderful father to Scott and Andy, step father to Robert, Elizabeth, and Brett.
Grandfather to Nathan, Oliver, Brian, and Anders. Uncle to Jennifer, Rebecca,
Bradley, and Alyssa. Brother-in-law to Lynn. Preceded in passing by his partner in
life Joanne and youngest brother Michael.

His laughter, love, kindness, knowledge, and smile will live on in all that knew him!
Hank’s Encore will be Friday Oct 3rd starting at 1pm at Helen Fitzgeralds
