Thomas Lemen
Thomas Shelby Lemen – 4/13/1943-9/11/2011
Tom died suddenly at home on September 11, 2011. He is survived by his wife,
Mary, two beloved sons, Timothy J. (Jennifer) and Gregory T. (Monica), and
seven precious grandchildren. Our dear brother, uncle, husband, father, and
grandfather.
Tom had an outgoing nature, was a loyal friend to many and will be remembered
for his love of nature, motorcycles and his pride in his "rat rod". Tom had a "free
spirit" approach to life. He was never a follower and remained true to his
convictions. He will most certainly be missed as he left this world too soon.
Going to miss you, Uncle Tom. You were one of a kind!!
I didn’t know him well but I know he will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him. My condolences especially to Mary, Greg and Tim and to those who considered him special.
Tom, you and I didn’t get along when we first met, I think we were alot alike and it took me many years to realize the kindness and sincerity in your heart. You were always ready to lend a helping hand when someone needed you. And your love for Mary was a truly wonderful thing to see. You will be greatly missed and I think God took you before your family and friends were ready to let you go. Rest in peace. Love to you and Mary, Judy.
