Susan Mischke
Susan Mischke, age 70, of St. Peters, Missouri, passed away peacefully at her home on September 20, 2025. She was born on February 2, 1955, in Aurora, Illinois, to Eugene and Marilyn Mischke.
She had a love for adventure and travel, especially enjoying cruises to destinations such as Alaska, the Caribbean, and Mexico. A devoted Disney fan, Susan’s affection for Mickey Mouse was well known. She also enjoyed playing Bingo, as well as sewing and creating thoughtful gifts for those she loved. She could often be found sharing laughs and good times with her many friends—who truly became family.
Susan also had a lifelong love for dachshunds. She was preceded in passing by her beloved dogs, Maddie and Minnie, and leaves behind her cherished dog Mimmie Maddie, now in the loving care of a trusted friend.
She will be remembered for her kindness, her radiant smile, her creativity, and the happiness she brought to everyone who knew her.

Susan you were one of my favorite cousins. You always were so happy to visit and spread great joy to everyone near you. I will deeply miss all the conversations we had with each other since I can remember with visits to your parents house and my parents house when we were young kids growing up. Rest in peace. We’re sad Susan passed away but peaceful in her home. Susan was very sweet lady, enjoying great travel and involved volunteering for Catholic Deaf Society. We will miss her for forever!
Susan was an old friend from years ago. A very perky and loving lady, she was full of life who enjoyed being with friends in the Deaf community. We will miss her friendly smiles. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.
