Elza Richard Orrick
Elza Richard Orrick passed away on September 2, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was a resident of Pacific, Missouri, for the past seven years. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on February 12, 1960 to Ruth and James (Jim) Orrick.
He is survived by his daughters, Sidney Cochran and Jessica Orrick, and his former wife, Colette Orrick.
Rich studied at Ranken Technical College and built a career as an industrial maintenance mechanic and electrician. He was known for his strong work ethic and technical skill.
In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, listening to music, and spending time with his daughters. Pastimes that brought him great joy throughout his life.
In accordance with his and the family’s wishes, no funeral services will be held.
He will be remembered with love and missed deeply by those who knew him.
Life won’t be the same without you, but I’ll carry you with me always ❤️
Rich was a good man. Loved his daughters. Spoke so highly of them.

I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad and know you will miss him dearly. Rich spent many days shooting hoops with my daughter Alexa and Sidney at the Pointe in Ballwin. He was always there to support the girls during games.
