Judy Willie, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, departed this life on November 18, 2025. Born on October 29, 1957, to the late James Clinard and Mildred Powers Willie.

In the wake of her loss, her legacy continues to flourish through her surviving family. Judy leaves behind her devoted daughter, Monica Brown, and her son-in-law, Ian Brown. Her memory shines brightly in the hearts of her granddaughters: Caitlyn Deckert, Addison Brown, and Kinley Brown.

Judy’s love reached far and wide, to her daughter-in-law, Andrea Cowden, and her grandsons, Cameron King and Conner Parkey. Judy also leaves behind her dear friend Roger “Bill” Rawie.

In addition to her parents, Judy was predeceased by her dear son, William “Bill” Ricky Cowden II, as well as her sister and two brothers.
