Uland Lee Williams “Julio”

Uland Lee Williams, affectionately known as “Julio,” was born on December 9, 1970, in Saint Louis, Missouri, to the union of Tommy Lee Williams II and Mary Katherine Elizabeth Williams. He departed this life peacefully in his home on January 5, 2026.

Uland received his education through the Saint Louis Public School District. A true jack of all trades, Uland was known for his strong work ethic and remarkable skill set. He worked with Archway Sewer Services and was highly experienced in plumbing, concrete work, and general handyman services. If something needed to be fixed or built, Uland was always willing and ready to help.

Uland was a friend to many and loyal to all. He carried himself with respect and expected the same in return. Known for having a heart of gold, he was also a force to be reckoned with—strong, determined, and protective of those he loved. His presence was unmistakable, and his impact on others will never be forgotten.

Uland was preceded in death by his father, Tommy Lee Williams II; his sister, Monica Elaine Denton; and his beloved daughter, Taya Katherine Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Mary Katherine Elizabeth Williams; his wife, Angela Jenkins; his siblings, Tammie Williams, Tommie Williams III (Beadeatrice), Reginald Williams (Mary), and Tony Williams (Sherrill). He also leaves behind his children: Tamara Gasich (Tony), Tiana Williams, Jamyra Williams, Shavonda Jenkins, D’Montrell Jenkins, Antwon Jenkins, Deandre Jenkins, and Marlene Jenkins.
