October 22, 1953 — January 8, 2026

Richard was a beloved brother to Sandra Milton, Thomas Hooker, Oscar Hooker, Jay Hooker, Marilyn Chapman, Carolyn Malone, James Hooker & Anthony Hooker. Richard was preceded in death by his devoted and loving wife Joyce Hooker and survived by their three children: Jennifer Latour, Jason Hooker, Joesph Hooker; seven Grandchildren: Hayley Latour, Abigail Seachrist, Rose Schneider, Hayden Latour, Jacob Hooker, Emmeline Hooker, Amelia Hooker, and three Great Grandchildren: Latrelle Carleton, Laila Carleton and Christian Workman.

Richard’s favorite pastimes included fishing, hunting, watching football, and spending time with all of his grandchildren.
