Harold “Steve” Stringer 1961 – 2026

Harold “Steve” Stringer, age 64, of St. Louis, Missouri, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026, following a courageous battle with lung cancer.

A lifelong resident of St. Louis, Steve was born on August 28, 1961. He was known by those close to him as a man of steady character and heart. Though his passing leaves a void in the lives of his family and friends, they take comfort in knowing he is at peace.

Steve is survived by his son, Steven Stringer; his sister, Brenda McCarthy; his niece, Barb Littrell; and his nephew, Carl “Bub” Littrell. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents and several dear family members who went before him.

His memory will live on in the stories shared by those who knew and loved him.
