Rich and Maureen spent most of their married life in Florissant and as active members
of St. Sabina parish. She led a faith-filled life of service with family as her top priority.
She was an active volunteer in many church organizations, enjoyed camping vacations
when the family was young, and sports—especially the St. Louis Cardinals. When she
and Rich could still travel, they enjoyed trips to the Caribbean, Alaska, Hawaii and
Germany. In recent years, she settled in happily at the Villas, enjoying happy hour with
friends, the variety of entertainment and parties, as well as Sunday donuts after church
with her dear friends John and Peggy.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at St. Sabina in
Florissant with visitation at 10 a.m. and Mass at 11 am. In a final act of service, Maureen
donated her body to science at St. Louis University.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Vincent de Paul or the Knights of
Columbus at St. Joseph Cottleville.
