Frederick A. Mueller, age 95, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2026.  He was born December 17, 1930 in St.Louis, Mo.  The beloved son of the late Fred and Erna Mueller.  He was the devoted husband of Ethel Mueller (Nee) Middendorf for 73 years and a loving father to Barbara  (Patrick) Bullion, Fred (Lucy) Mueller, Clair (Mike) Moran, Pat (Tom) Anibas and John Mueller (Brenda Schlichtig). Grandfather to Kim (Kris) Saunders, Julie (Jason) Patel, Robert (Jenn Leslie) Mueller, Sarah (Bruce) Wall, Kyle (Sam Nguyen) Moran, Colin Moran (Molly Filiput), Kaylin Niebur, Lauren (Nick Stout) Niebur, Meghan Hauser and the late Nick Hauser. Great grandfather to Austin and Lexie Saunders, Jaya and Devin Patel, Addie Mueller, Zoey and Raegan Wall, Elvis and Quintin Stout, Emma, Annie, Jackson and Mia Hauser.

Fred was proud of his service in the Air National Guard and the career he built at Southwestern Bell Telephone where he was know for his craftsmanship and strong work ethic. Fred had a passion for music and loved playing his accordion.  His band played at Eisele’s Black Forest Restaurant in South St.Louis for many years where he enjoyed playing German Polkas and Big Band music.

He loved his family and will be greatly missed.
