She leaves behind a legacy of learning and faith, friendship and family. Her years as a teacher, librarian and faithful Christian resulted in a life to be modeled and lifelong friendships she always cherished.

The family thanks the staff of NHC Place St. Peters Memory Care for all the love you gave her. We would not have been able to enjoy her and love as we did without you. Thank you to Caris for those final days of hospice care.

Special thanks to the people of Lexington, Alabama and the Lexington Methodist Church. This was always home and her final years among you were years of care and dignity. You took on caring without asking, easing her final years and alleviating our worry. You allowed her to be as independent as possible for as long as possible. There are so many to name; you know who you are and you know what you did. Thank you.

In lieu of flowers, please honor Glen with a gift to the Burchell Campbell Memorial Library(opens in new tab) or the Lexington Methodist Church.(opens in new tab)
