
Patti Ann Duke
March 1, 1953 – October 1, 2026
Patti Ann Duke, of Barnhart, Missouri, passed away on October 1, 2026, at the age of 73. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, Patti leaves behind a family who will deeply miss her and cherish her memory.

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, on March 1, 1953, Patti was the daughter of James Robert Beishir and Mary Elizabeth Beishir. On January 6, 1973, she married William Lawrence Duke, Jr. Together, they shared more than 53 years of marriage and raised three children.
Patti retired from RE/MAX Results, where she worked as an Operations Manager. She loved cheering on her grandchildren at their sporting events and activities, watching Cardinals baseball, and enjoying Korean dramas on Netflix. Affectionately known as “Grams” and “Grandma,” she held a special place in the hearts of her grandchildren. Her presence at their games and activities will remain a treasured part of their memories.

Patti is survived by her loving husband, William Lawrence Duke, Jr.; her children, William James Duke (Amy), Heather Marie Smith (Brian), and Patrick Lawrence Duke (Beth); her grandchildren, David Nicolaescu (Jessica), Jacob Duke, Connor Duke, Samuel Duke, Madyson Reynolds, Riley Reynolds, Aaliyah Smith, Gunner Smith, Braden Duke, Landen Duke, and Sophia Duke; and her great-grandchildren, Emmelia Nicolaescu and Gabriel Nicolaescu.
She is also survived by her sister, Sandra Lee Saggio, wife of the late William Saggio; and her brother-in-law, Lawrence William Duke. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Robert Beishir and Mary Elizabeth Beishir.

Family and friends are invited to gather to celebrate Patti’s life on November 22, 2026, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Royale Orleans, 2801 Telegraph Road, St. Louis, Missouri 63125.
Patti will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all who knew her.
