Marci Dawn Kramme
January 14, 1979 – September 27, 2026
It is with profound sadness and immense love that we announce the passing of Marci Dawn Kramme, age 47, of Ballwin, Missouri, on September 27, 2026.
Marci was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, educator, granddaughter, and friend whose kindness and compassion touched the lives of everyone who knew her. She had a remarkable ability to make people feel welcomed, valued, and loved. Her generous spirit, warm smile, and caring heart left a lasting impression on her family, colleagues, students, and friends.
Throughout her career, Marci dedicated herself to serving students and families throughout the Parkway School District. As a school bus driver and later an Academic Support Teaching Assistant at Parkway West Middle School, she became a familiar, caring, and dependable presence in the lives of countless students. Whether she was safely transporting children to and from school or helping them succeed in the classroom, Marci genuinely loved working with young people. Her patience, encouragement, and compassionate nature left a lasting impact on students, families, and colleagues alike.
Committed to furthering her education and fulfilling her dream of becoming a classroom teacher, Marci was a student at Missouri Baptist University, where she was pursuing a degree in Middle School Education with an emphasis in English Language Arts. Her dedication to learning reflected the same determination, perseverance, and love of education that she shared with those around her.
Marci’s Christian faith was a guiding force throughout her life. Her faith provided strength, comfort, and purpose, shaping the kindness, compassion, and generosity she shared with others each day. She lived her beliefs through service to her family, her students, her friends, and her community.
Marci found happiness in life’s simple pleasures. She loved diamond painting, scrapbooking, and planning adventures with those she loved. She especially cherished traveling on cruises, making memories with family and friends, and sharing stories and laughter along the way. Whether crafting a scrapbook page, supporting a school event, or spending time with loved ones, Marci approached everything she did with enthusiasm, creativity, and love.
Above all else, Marci’s greatest joy was her family. She was the beloved wife of John D. Kramme, whom she married on July 5, 2008, and a proud and loving mother to Jacob M. Sanders and Joshua D. Kramme. Her family was the center of her world, and she dedicated herself wholeheartedly to their happiness, success, and well-being.
Marci is survived by her loving husband, John D. Kramme; her sons, Jacob M. Sanders and Joshua D. Kramme; her parents, Craig Sanders and Debbie Frame; her grandparents, Charlie and Shirley Jones; her brothers, Michael Sanders, Dan Sanders, and D.J. Lagarce; her sisters-in-law, Emily Sanders, Carrie Sanders, Cassidy Paine, Kelsey Proctor, Lauren Cunningham, and Leslie Cunningham; her brother-in-law, Robert “Boomer” Cunningham; her mother-in-law, Susan Cunningham; her father-in-law, Bob Cunningham; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends, coworkers, students, and families whose lives were enriched by knowing her.
Though her passing leaves an immeasurable void, Marci’s legacy of kindness, generosity, service, and unconditional love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
A Celebration of Life honoring Marci will be held at a later date. Family and friends will be notified of arrangements as they become available.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the PTO organizations of Henry Elementary School, Parkway West Middle School, and Parkway West High School, schools Marci loved and proudly supported throughout her years with the Parkway School District.
Marci’s memory will forever be a blessing. She will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and never forgotten.

My heart is broken into pieces when I learned her sudden unexpected passing. She was a lovely caring loving human being that I have known her here at West Middle School. Her dedication and commitment to farther her education to be a teacher showed how important it was to get her full time certification. She loved her students and just be around them every day was her motivation to finish her schooling so she can be with them instilling the value of education in the future of our young generation. Surely she will be missed but never forgotten!!! Her memories will stay with me forever! She was loved at WMS!
Rest Easy and in Peace! My dear friend 💔🙏
Brian and I were so saddened to hear of Marci’s passing. May John, Jacob, and Josh find some comfort in their memories of her. She will be missed by many.
