Charles Warren Dunham
Passed away peacefully on July 7, 2012 at the age of 73. He was born on August 17, 1938 to Charles and Louise Dunham. He was a dear brother to Pamela (Kenneth) Binggeli and Patricia L. Dunham-Moore, uncle to Kenneth “Scott” (Tanya) Binggeli and Rachele (John) Whitmore, great uncle to Nicole, Garrett, Dawson, Austin, Brandon and Riley. He was a wonderful friend and will be greatly missed but loved always. Charles asked that we have no memorial or service but remember him in our hearts.
I will miss you, my friend. You were one of a kind! Always alive in our hearts. See you on the other side one day.
I offer my regrets to his family. Our fathers were half brothers so I guess we were distantly related. The last I had heard of Charles he had moved to Kansas City.
I remember his parents better as Uncle Charles painted my house. I just wish to drop a line to let you know other relatives were floating around.
Charles is someone I have known for four years. We met at church and enjoyed many things together with other friends. Charles had an adventurous spirit and was very brave in his personal choices.
I honor his desire to not have a memorial and to just keep him in my thoughts and prayers.
He was the best friend anyone could have. I will deeply miss his company, humor and personality. Breakfast at Cracker Barrel will be different without him. Rest in peace buddy, You can be with Jack now.
Dear Pam, Ken, Scott and Rachele,
As Charles’ pastor and friend I want to let you know how blessed I am to have known Charles the last three years.
We want to extend an invitation to your family members to join us for dinner on Monday, August 6, at 6 pm at Michael Desmond’s home in St Louis as we honor Charles’ life at our Gathering at Geyerhouse.
Please e-mail me or give me a call if any of you are able to join us. Charles was a wonderful part of our Gathering and we would be honored if you can join us to share in our celebration of his life.

I met Charles at St Jonn’s church when I did not have a car. He was a true and unselfish friend who would often get me a lift to places after church. I heard he help many people like this. He never question or judged but found it in he heart to help others. It is this incredible spirit that I will remember. My regrets to his family and friends.

It is November 14,2012 and I just found out that Charles had passed away. I worked for more than 20 years at his Plaza and Westport Salons, in Kansas City, and him and I became very close. He will always hold a special place in my heart. I only wish that I had kept in better contact with him when he moved back home to St. Louis. It was an honor to know him and work for and with him all those years. I will miss him greatly, My condolences to all of his family and friends. I respect his desire not to have a memorial service and will always keep a special place for him in my heart..He was a great person and a good friend . It was an honor to know him..
Sincerely,
Ellen Lloyd
I just learned of Charles passing. I was Charles neighbor on Mission Road in Fairway, KS for many years. Tom and I are very sorry to learn of his passing. Tom and I always enjoyed his sense of humor. Charles and Jack were always gracious hosts and we enjoyed their hospitality on numerous occasions. My sincere condolences to the family.
