To the family and friends of Irma Gibbons, I wish to extend my condolences to all of you, and my very deepest sympathy for my friend who I was blessed to have known for many years. Irma was my co-worker, she touch my heart in many ways, even when she was going through her battle, I take courage in her strength in coming to work when she wasn’t feeling well, she didn’t get mad, quarrel or complain, she was strong, and admired that, she would email me and ask me to say a prayer for her many times she was facing test and wasn’t sure of the outcome. My faith grew strong in connection with her, which made us closer. I will surely miss my friend, she don’t have to worry about coming to work anymore feeling bad, or anymore test wondering about the outcome, her journey is over, and freedom she has now, rest in peace, you have faught a good fight of faith, and held on as long as she could, we all get tired enduring and when God says it’s enough it’s enough. Rest on Friend!!
With a sad heart I offer my sympathies for our dear Irma. She will truly be missed by her American Cancer Society family. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. May we all find comfort in knowing she is at peace with our Lord and we will see her again someday in our heavenly Father’s home.

To Irma’s Family.
I will miss Irma dearly. After my retirement, she would call me once in a while and we would talk about our grandchildren. I have always thought of Irma as a strong person the way she fought her cancer. Her gentle soul is now at rest and the battle is over. I do believe there is a heaven waiting for people like her.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time. Irma will be greatly missed by her ACS family. May she now rest in peace.
