Machiko “Koko” Smith passed away peacefully on July 18, 2015 at Missouri Baptist Hospital with her loving family by her side.

She leaves behind to mourn her passing her two sons Steven (Francesca Santamaria) Smith and Finus Smith, Jr. and he beloved grandchildren Alexandria Smith, Finus Smith III, Brianna Smith, Sophia Smith and Olivia Smith.

Koko was a hardworking mother who cared deeply for her children and a beautiful woman. For many years she was a beautician at a nail salon. She was born in Nagoya, Japan.

A Celebration of Koko’s life will be held at the Ladue Chapel, 9450 Clayton Road, St. Louis MO 63124 in the “Fireside Room” on Thursday, July 23rd from 4-7pm.
