Eugene Otte Richter passed away peacefully on July 23, 2015 at Delmar Gardens on the Green.
He was the beloved father of Gail K. (Bradley) Moore, Laura Richter and Paul Richter and a dear grandfather, great-grandfather and friend of many.
Mr. Richter was a proud veteran of the US Marine Corps. who served during the Korean War. He was a lifetime member of many organizations including the Marine Corps. League-Pvt. George Phillips Detachment (Ballwin, MO), VFW Post #6274, the 1st and 2nd Marine Division Assoc. of the American Legion Post #0208 and the 1st Chapter of the Disabled American Veterans.
Graveside services will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery on Friday, July 31st at 11:30am with full honors. Those wishing to attend should meet family at the administration building at 11:15. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wounded Warrior Project appreciated.
