Richard H. Decker died on March 21, 2016 at his home in St. Louis, Mo due to complications following pancreatic cancer. He was 79.

Mr. Decker was born on May 9, 1936 in St. Louis, MO to the late Otto and Margaret Decker. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Joann Decker (nee Harness) and four daughters and son-in-laws; Vicki & Jeff Smith, Nanci & John Danner, Jacki Breece and Lauri & Brian Westphal. Mr. Decker had 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 28, 2016 at Assumption Church, 4725 Mattis Road, St. Louis, MO 63128 at 10:00 am. A short visitation will be held at 9:00 am at the church.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted at the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation and Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care.
