So sorry to hear of Basil’s passing, and send my condolences to all the family. My sister Joan and I had a grand adventure with Basil when we took a trip with him one summer to visit family–not only living members, but also cemeteries with those gone before–some of them long gone. Basil hosted us at his home, gathering together as many relatives as he could for a warm and gracious dinner. I’ll never forget Basil and our adventure.
