Rossini, Diane “Dee Dee” Maret
64, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017. Born to Ethlyn & Franciot Maret, she is survived by her sons Jonathan and Dan, his wife Allie, grandsons Caleb, Dylan, Ryan & Cole and siblings Mickey & Mary Louise Smith, Ron & Judy Maret, Rob & Sue Christmann and Bill & Nancy Bradford.

In her early career, Diane worked for Missouri Baptist Hospital as an Administrative Assistant to the Director of Nursing. She then worked for Soutwestern Bell / AT&T for over 20 years in Sales and Customer Support roles. She always took an incredible amount of pride in the jobs and tasks she performed. She loved making home cooked meals and her favorite things to make for family functions were her deviled eggs and her chili cheese dip! She loved being outside with her dogs on warm sunny days and gardening, she had a great love of music, spending time with her family and nothing gave her more pride and joy in this world than being with her grandsons! She always loved sharing memories from her childhood and letting everyone know what wonderful parents she had.

The memorial service will be held Thursday, March 9th at 10:30am at Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 6596 Smiley Ave, 63139 to be followed immediately by a reception and lunch. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Independence Center and or the Humane Society.
