Billy Edward Skinner
Billy Edward Skinner, age 50, died on Saturday, August 5th at 5:37am at SLU Hospital in St. Louis, MO. Bill was born in St. Louis, MO on August 9, 1966. He grew up playing football and wrestling for Kirkwood High School until he graduated in 1984. He married Jennifer in 1996 and provided a lifetime of love, commitment, water fights through window screens and Miller Light. Bill was singlehandedly the most sporadically fun dad for his kids. Whether it was food fights, that ended with walls covered in butter and cookie dough, unplanned road trips or dancing (with absolutely no sense of rhythm) in the living room to country music at 2am, he always left his kids laughing with full hearts. Bill coached for KWJFL and CYC for over ten years and took in his “kiddos” as his own children with an open door policy (and open pantry policy). Aside from these three roles, Bill was a loyal and fun loving friend and family member who spent his life providing countless laughs, adventures and “the look” when he really meant business. Bill was a fun and hilariously unpredictable husband to Jennifer Skinner, father to Susan, Kayla, Jake and Wil, son to James Skinner and preceded in death by his mother Belinda Skinner, only brother to Jim Skinner (Stacey), uncle to Taylor, Jake, Mason and Mackenzie, brother in law to Stacy Rose (Dan), son in law to Michael and Kathy Jones and ex-husband to Lisa Greco(Robert). The family will have a small and private memorial on Wednesday, August 9. There will be no funeral, as his wishes were to be cremated. The family greatly appreciates any, and all kind condolences and donations made to the Bill Skinner Memorial Fund. https://www.gofundme.com/fubuv-bill-skinner-memorial-fund
