Denise Mercer Beasley

Beloved daughter, sister and aunt passed away on August 12, 2017 at the age of 62.

Denise is the daughter of King Mercer Sr. and Laurvel Mercer and the adoptive daughter of Johnnie Beasley and Izella Beasley whom all preceded her in death. Denise is the beloved sister of Earsel Mercer Walls, King Mercer Jr. and Johnnie Douglas Mercer whom all have preceded her in death.

She leaves behind to mourn Barbara Mercer, Jureatha Mercer Roby and Judy Mercer (sisters) as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Denise was born in St. Louis, MO and relocated to Meridian, MS at the age of 5. This is where she attended grade school and graduated from high school. Denise was a brilliant young women, she attended Spellman College in Atlanta, GA where she studied Computer Science.

Denise will be missed by family and friends.

Service: A graveside memorial service will be held on August 25, 2017 at Laurel Hill Cemetery.
