(nee Shannon), 78, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 26, 2017. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 58 years, Jack. She was the devoted mother of Jayme (Raoul) Campa and Stacy (David) Plocek. Cherished grandmother of 5, great-grandmother of 2, half-sister of Judy (Mike) Harrell. Kay took great pride in being a teacher for the Special School District for many years. She established many lasting friendships with her students, parents, and fellow teachers. The family would like to thank Meramec Bluffs “The Gardens” for showing never-ending compassion and kindness to Kay the past two years.

Services: Memorial service at Meramec Bluffs Chapel, 50 Meramec Trails Drive, Saturday, September 16 at 10am. Memorial visitation will be from 9am until time of service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, St. Louis Chapter.
