Arlena was born in St. Louis, MO in 1970 to William L. DeClue and Maudie M. DeClue (Curtis). Arlena received her high school diploma, class of 1989 at Fox High School in Arnold, MO. While living in South St. Louis she married Thomas A. Breeding in 1990. She became a mother in 1992 to Megan M. Breeding. She had a variety of job titles, but, went on to become an EMT/firefighter. After Arlena and Thomas divorced, she moved to Union, MO. where she completed some college through East Central College. She liked reading and spending time with her family. Although her life was cut short, she will forever be remembered for her kindness, endless love, contagious laugh, and bright smile.
