Ralph F. Engelmeyer (Coach) died peacefully on November 5, 2019 at home, at the age of 87. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Carol (Hahn) Engelmeyer, sons Timothy, Michael, daughters-in-law Dana and Erin and grandchildren Avery, Sam, Luke, Blake, Zach, and Caroline. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Blanche Engelmeyer and brothers, Bill and Martin, sisters, Rosemary, Laverne and Lorraine. Surviving sister, Grace Porter and husband Gene.

Ralph was a graduate of Washington University, Bachelor of Science, Education (Master in Education) He was a member of Emmanuel Evangelical Free Church, Hermann Mo and First Free Church, Ballwin Mo. He was a teacher and coach for 37 years in the Ladue School District. His body was donated to Washington University School of Medicine for Parkinson research. Cremation was provided by St. Louis Cremation.

The family wishes to thank Martha’s Hands and Season Hospice for their care and concern for Ralph.

A celebration of life will held Nov. 15, 2019 at First Free Church 1375 Carman Rd, Ballwin, MO 63021 at 1 p.m.
