    Karen,
Deb and I want you to know that you and the kids are in our thoughts and prayers and that we send our condolences. If you need anything or if we can do anything for all of you, we are here dont hesitate. Big Les was like a brother to me for damn near the 49 years of my life. He was a gentle giant with a heart of gold. His memory will live on with me and he will be in my heart until we meet again.and the countless others he had touched in some way in life. He will be missed by me, my family and hundreds of others but I promise he will never be forgotten. Heaven is a better place now that Big Man has come home. Les I love you brother and you are always in my memories and heart forever. Rest In Piece my friend. Until we meet again may the lord hold you in the palm of his hands. It is with a very heavy heart I have to say goodbye. Goodbye My Friend!!!!

Life is so fleeting, but it is best enjoyed with those you love and admire. We will all eventually meet again on the other side but for now cherish the memories good and bad because they made this life worth living. RIH Les (the jokester)????

Wow, so shocked hearing Les passed away. Hadn’t seen him in quite sometime, but recall many memories with him dating back to grade school days at Hancock the 3years I attended there & he was good friends with my uncle John Roger’s so I seen him often through the years growing up & way back in the day & hung with him at my uncle’s house & at other get togethers. I also remember a few nights out down at the Wedge with him, Keith Haas, Joe Mcguirk, Tony Doplick, & others. Also remember the days when it was Les, Keith Haas, Rick Sumpter, Joe Mcguirk, & a couple guys from Illinois that he & Joe used to work with & we put a football team together to play a game of tackle football against Russ Swallow, Rices, Armbrusters, & their team & albeit a close game score wise big Russ’ team won out on the scoreboard, but we beat the snot out of them physically & had a couple scraps right there on the field. I’ll never forget that game as we had a blast playing it that day, but I remember Les having alot of fun that day & being Les… Good memories… Anyway, just wanted to tell Les’ wife & immediate family that I’m sorry for their loss, but know he is at home with our Lord & Savior & to know God is to have eternal life & peace in Heaven.
As a result this isn’t goodbye, but rather see ya on the otherside. RIP, Les……. Karen, I lost my wife of 26 years almost 3.5 years ago & suddenly so I know what your going through, but remember you have your faith & family so hang in there. God Bless- A very old friend- Ken Chitwood

My deepest condolences to Karen and the kids, the Senseney and Miller Families, and everyone else that was fortunate enough to have Les be part of their life. He was a brother to me and I could tell stories for days on end about the great times we had together growing up, in High School, at College, and beyond. He will always be missed and will forever be a part of mine and many others fondest memories. The great times we had together were truly memorable Les was my brother, my friend, and a great guy! It is surreal and brings tears to my eyes writing this and knowing he is gone. I apologize to everyone that I will not be able to attend the Memoriam in person because I am dealing with medical issues. All my best to Everyone

Thank you to everyone who came to the memorial for Les, shared a story or have wrapped our family with your hugs and prayers. His unique story telling and embellishments will forever be missed by those who were able to enjoy his many tales. To the Love of my life; I will miss you until the day we meet again. I have many years of memories to share with family and friends. And speaking of friends, I don’t know anyone whoever met you who did not consider you a friend, it was evident by your memorial.
