Charles R. “Bob” Vandeventer, 84, of Salem, MO passed away Friday, November 2 in St. Louis, MO. He was born on November 15, 1922 to Rev. Kenneth and Lucille Flater Vandeventer. He retired after more than forty years from RCA, Indianapolis and lived for many years in the central Indiana area. He graduated from Morristown High School and served in the Army Air Corps during WW II.

He is survived by Betty, his wife of thirty-one years, son Charles R. “Bob” Vandeventer of Greenwood, and daughters, Nancy (Stephen) Bergmann of St. Louis, MO, and Linda Vandeventer of Indianapolis. Also surviving are three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
