Donna M. Rottler

Donna Marie Rottler, 61, passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 23, 2020. She was born on February 26, 1959 in Brooklyn, New York to James and Alice Lynch.

She loved her children and grandchildren immensely, sharing many memories watching scary movies which she so very much enjoyed, goofing around and spending time with their many beloved animals through the years. Her home was always filled with laughter. An avid beach bum, she enjoyed soaking up the sunshine, waves crashing and sand between her toes. Beautiful inside and out, Donna was quite stylish and never met a stranger. Having been a nurse, she cared for people profoundly. She was also incredibly proud to be a New Yorker, often exhibiting an accent which her son’s friends found endearing.

Donna was a devoted mother of James D. (Ashley) Rottler and Ryan (Ashley) Rottler; doting grandmother of Paige, Janie, Emily, Matalie and Ruby; sister of James (Helen) Lynch; dear aunt and friend to many.

A family celebration of life will be held privately. A memorial donation may be made in her name to Pals Animal Shelter.
