Wayne was a kind and gentle man. He was always welcome at my house and he always showed up with positivity and a smile. My kids would talk to him while he worked, and he was always patient with them and answered all of their questions. Wayne LOVED his kids—he loved to talk about them, and he would light up when he told stories about them. Of everything in the world, he was most proud of them. Wayne’s kindness and warmth was often personified by his easy smile and soft chuckle. He was a good man, a hard worker, and a friend to my family and me. He will be missed. My sincere condolences to his family.
