It is with great sadness that the family of Helen Gale Lewis (nee Chaney) announces her passing on Wednesday, August 26, 2020. She was preceded in death by parents Bill Chaney and Marie Chaney. Helen will forever be remembered by her husband of 51 years, Dale Alan Lewis and her children Elizabeth Kelley, Sheryl (Steve) Eveland, and Kara (Jon) House. Helen will also be lovingly remembered by eight grandchildren Jack Kelley, Garrett Kelley, Austin (Isabell) Kelley, Brandon House, Allegra Kelley, Drew Silverberg, Kennedy Silverberg, and Steven House as well as her precious great grandchild, Declan Kelley. She will also be missed by cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. Helen was a person of great faith and strong love. She touched the lives of those around her and there are many lessons to be learned from the times we shared with her and some of the greatest lessons are yet to be discovered.

A memorial visitation will be held at the private residence of Kara House at 14764 Greenloch Ct., Chesterfield, MO 63017

September 5, 2020 from 1-4 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Wildlife Rescue Center of St. Louis.
