Marion Edwin “Ed” Newby

Marion Edwin “Ed” Newby, 67, of Fenton, Missouri passed away peacefully on
September 27, 2020 at his home. He was the loving husband of Diane Newby, they
shared 15 years of marriage together.
Ed was born June 23, 1953 in St. Louis, the son of the late Marion Ellsworth “Bud”
Newby and Anna Mae Newby (Perkins). He is survived by his siblings Lewis “Lew”
(Sara) Newby, Shirley Faust, and Gregory “Greg” (Barbara) Newby.
He is survived by his wife Diane Newby and step-children Bryonie Mancuso, Johnathan
Baylor, Sharon Fink (Steven) and Rebecca “Becca” Baylor. He was loved by his
grandchildren Betty Mancuso, Benjamin Mancuso, Samuel Morgan, Jeremiah Morgan
and Baylor Fink. Also survived by his loving Nieces, Nephews: Lewis Newby Jr. (Carol),
Laura Newby Nolette (Donald), Heather Newby Fernandes (Chris), Deb Faust
Humphrey (Ron), Suzy Faust Oge (Stephane), Bill Faust (Erica), Jenny Newby Gardner
(Jeramiah), Lindsay Newby Laster (Kyle)Cousins and many friends.
Ed loved to make people laugh, golf, barbeque, beer, and good times. He was the Best
Funny Man and Storyteller Ever!!! Liked his alone time, mowing the lawn and watching
sports while doing the laundry.
Details of Ed’s Celebration of Life are to come at a later date when larger gatherings are
allowed and safe for all.

    I always looked forward to Ed’s stories and appreciated you two being my stop between MI and TX. Trigger & Stella loved him too. Miss that a lot love ???? & prayers
    He was good man I’m glad I got meet.

    I had the pleasure of working with Ed at Shop N Save and at Schnucks. Ed was a great man and had lots of wonderful stories. I am sorry for your loss. He will be greatly missed. Thoughts and prayers for his family.
