Thomas Gerald Young
Thomas Gerald Young (Gerry) of St. Peters, Mo, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020, at age 76. Beloved husband of 46 years to his wife Diane Young (nee Linck ); devoted father of Andrea (Greg) Lauber, Torre (Shawn) Pinson, and Jodi Bratcher; Loving “Pawp” of 11 grandchildren, Braeden, Collin, Keegan, Kenzie, Brynn, Keely, Molly, Carter, Eden, Briston, and Brentley. Dear brother of Tormey (Michael) Breier; cherished brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, and friend to many.
Gerry was a proud Army veteran and retiree of Gasworkers local 5-6 after 35 years of service. Gerry was an avid golfer. He enjoyed watching sports and listening to music. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends.
Services: Funeral mass at All Saints Catholic Church, 5 McMenamy Rd. St.Peters, MO 63376 Saturday, January 16th, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. for the gathering of family and friends. Mass at 11:00 a.m.
A private ceremony at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery to be announced at later date.
Eternal rest grant onto him, O Lord, and let Perpetual light shine upon him.

Diane, we are so sorry for your loss. John has so such fond memories of him, Moe, and the boys golf games. We cannot attend the memorial because of John’s health condition and COVID-19 but our thoughts and prayers will be with you. Gerry may be gone from our sight but never from our hearts.
