Charles Keith Conway

Charles Keith Conway, 65, died January 30th, 2021, at his home in Saint Louis, Missouri.

At his request, he has been cremated and a celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 6th, 2021 at 12-5 pm at his home 3449 Oregon Ave. Saint Louis, Missouri 63118. Please respect Covid-19 restrictions by limiting your group to 1 or 2 and by wearing a mask.

Mr. Conway was born November 9th, 1955, in Saint Louis, Missouri, to Charley and Thelma Conway. Charlie lived a relaxed, slow-paced, and worry-free life filled with beer, chocolate, and Keno.

During his youth, he began a hobby of restoring vintage muscle cars, playing cards, competitive fishing, and nicknaming things very incomprehensibly.

He worked many years as a bottler for Anheuser Busch and a member of local 6. He worked 30 years in the union and retired at the ripe young age of 58. He spent the remaining years, hanging out with his cat “Gizzard”, smoking cigs, drinking V.O., bud light, and jamming to oldies.

Charlie is survived by his wife Donna “Nose” Conway (nee Bellinger), two daughters Misty “Big Toe Girl” Conway, Brittany “Little Toe Girl” Webb, one son Derek “Toe Man” Conway, and brother Ansel Conway.

Condolences can be sent to 3449 Oregon Ave. Saint Louis, Missouri 63118.

I remember as a kid, going to Charlie’s house on Saturday mornings with Brittany. Charlie would slide me a few bucks for helping Brittany clean. He was a cool guy. I am so incredibly sorry for your loss and I love you guys. I hope you find strength knowing he is at peace. Condolences from the Wirth/Clark and Haggard families.

    Ps. Best Obituary of 2021

All the Kerperien family spent many years in a neighborhood with the corner store. We all knew Charlie and considered him a friend. Our deepest sympathies to the family.

When I was little I remembered Charles and Andy taking me and my sister everywhere they went. Whe he worked at Mobil has station on Macausland our dad would go there to fill up. I looked up to him as I grew up. He taught me things about cars. I remember his 57 chevy with 283 and Candy apple red paint job. He told me family is everything he showed it and lived it. Charles I may not of told you that I loved you. But in your heart I knew you did. I will deeply miss you cuz.
