Leroy confessed his faith to Joyce Meyer Ministries.   He was united in holy matrimony on May 4, 1984 to Lisa Norris and to this union one child was born.  Years later Leroy found love with someone else and another son was born.

Leroy was educated at Central High School and from there he attended Job Corp were he received a trade in maintenance.   His skills took him to Dallas Texas and he worked for Best Western hotel for several years.   He returned to St. Louis and took employment with Tropicana Bowling Lane.  Besides working in maintenance Leroy loved fixing cars for family and friends.

Leroy was always considered kind, loving,  unselfish and very dependable.   He always had some kind of joke or story to tell,  he kept you laughing.

He departed his life on July 27, 2022.

He was preceeded in death by his father  Roy Lee Williams,  mother Olivia Norris,  his brother  Larry Brown,  and his sister  Nadiene Crawford.

Leroy leaves to cherish memories:
