Pamela Renee Scott
Growing up in Chicago, Pam enjoyed blue light parties in the basement; slow grooving to Always and Forever, high school parties, hanging out with friends and being nominated Miss Calhoun in our neighborhood talent show. Then she had Tamekia, and later Corey her life was forever changed; she always wanted to be a mom. Pam gave me my love of music; listening to her albums in the basement when she wasn’t home. I Still listen to old school music today. Pam touched so many lives, from her cosmetology students, friends and family; she was known as Aunt Pam. When she moved to St. Louis we bonded as adults, became friends and supported each other. Her life came full circle. Big Sis, I will always love you. You didn’t always show affection but I know how much you loved your family and friends. Rest my sister, We will see each other again! Love you Pamela Renee Crayton Scott aka Pay Day.

My deepest sympathy for your loss, I often spoke to Ms. Pam as her and my Mother Janelle spoke on the phone often. Lord knows my mom is mourning with your family as well. But God has definitely gained an angel… Well done my faithful servant, well done.
My sister my friend I will miss our conversation. I miss you calling and laughing and sharing the things that you were going through and being there for me when I needed someone to talk to I will miss you my friend. Rest In Heaven.
Pam was a Sweet soul and a kind heart. I met her when I visit my cousins home for one of his get-togethers. I was introduced to her as being a friend of Carol Brown. From that point on we would always greet each other when we seen each other and sat and talked for a while. I will miss her. She was really kind.
Pam was a dear friend to my Cousin Dian. She often joined us for family outings. I know she loved going to plays with them. To the bereaved family please remember weeping may endure through the night but JOY cometh in the morning. Pam’s beautiful sunrise has come. My prayers are with you and your family.
Ms Pam was one of my teachers in Chicago at Capri Beauty School. She was one of the nicest and always had a smile for everyone. It was a pleasure knowing her and she’ll always be remembered. We Love..You’ll be missed ????

I remember she made us put quarters in a jar in class everytime one of us said a bad word even though we we’re all grown! I knew I wasn’t going to win so I started to bring a roll of quarter’s to class every week lol!!! She gave us a pizza party with those quartets!!! She taught our class alot.
