“Mickey” Theresa Crancer (nee Schneiderheinze) passed away Sunday, July 15, 2012 at the age of 88. She was born in St. Louis on August 15, 1923. She was the beloved wife of the late Al Crancer Senior. Dear mother of Jerry (Gayle) Crancer, Debbie (Larry) Weiss, the late Dale (Barb) Crancer, Alfred (Esperanza) Crancer Jr., and Don (Judy) Crancer. Dear sister to Henry (Miriam) Schneiderheinze and the late Thelma (Ken) Hanks. She was a dear grandma to 16 grandchildren and aunt, great grandma, great aunt and friend to many. Her family was the most important thing to her. She loved to bowl, fish, and play cards. She was very lucky to travel to a lot of fun places around the world. Coffee and chocolate were favorites, too. We all shared so many memories with her. Her family would like to thank the staff at Delmar Gardens Meramec Valley for their love and care of our mom the last couple of years. There will be a family memorial service and in lieu of flowers donations may be given to Pathways Hospice Foundation Suite 160, 14805 North Outer Forty, Chesterfield MO 63017. The family also is very grateful for how special Pathways was for her. She will be missed.
