Carol Ratliff
Carol Jean (Parks) Ratliff, born December 26, 1939 to Thomas W. & Lula Mae (McBride) Parks, left this earthly world to be with our savior Jesus on February 1st, 2011. She was at home with family by her side and passed in her sleep comfortable and pain free.
Carol is survived by 4 siblings, Thomas “Dee” (Lillian) Parks, Ronald (Cely) Parks, Robert (Jo) Parks and Mary Jane “Janie” Moore.
Loving mother of 5, daughter Kimberly Johns, sons Barry (Elizabeth), David (Kelly), Timothy “Scott” and Mark (Laura).
Grandmother of 19 to the late Nicolas Johns, Madison Johns (granddaughter), Kyle Johns (grandson), Justin Kerry (grandson), Sarah Pilger (granddaughter), Tabetha Ratliff (granddaughter), Ozborn (Ozzy) Ratliff (grandson), Evee Ratliff (granddaughter), Izzy Ratliff (granddaughter), David Butcher Jr. (Grandson); Amber Wezner (Granddaughter); Jessica Butcher (Granddaughter); Keli Keattzer (Scott) (Granddaughter); Cortney Butcher (Granddaughter), Brandon Ratliff (Ashley) (grandson), Stormy Ratliff (granddaughter), Justice Ratliff (grandson), Taylor Ratliff (grandson) and Morgan Ratliff (grandson).
Great grandmother of 6 to Logan (Great-Grandson); Ayden (Great-Grandson); Ashlyn (Great-Granddaughter); Gavin Michael (Great-Grandson); Tison (Great-Grandson); Gabriel (Great-Grandson); Tanner (Great-Grandson); Endeared aunt, cousin, sister-in-law and friend. She will missed dearly by all.
A memorial service will be held at Bethesda Church, 85 Lemay Gardens Dr. Lemay MO. 63125 on February 26th at 11:00 AM with a luncheon to follow.
Memorials may be made to St. Anthony’s Medical Center Heart Specialty Center in St. Louis MO or to your choice of charities.
I am so sorry for your loss!!!!! My deepest sympathy goes to out to the family!!!!!! I used to work with Barry and Elizabeth years ago and I work at the same place as Mary!!!!!
So sorry for your loss!! I grew up with the Parks family!! Ron was my brother in law for years and I was always in Mary Jane & Dee & Lillys company! My sympathy to all of you.

I will miss my Aunt Carol dearly. Hoping I can make it to the memorial service. She was such a loving and caring person, always there for anyone who needed her. She loved to make others happy. I have lots of good memories of time spent with my aunt. I know that she is with the Lord now, in a good place. Love you Aunt Carol.
im so sorry to hear about carol,i thought of her often,my mom ruth lincoln offenberg and my dad donald offenberg were best friends when we lived in st.louis with whitey and lulu we kids used to love to visit all of the parks family. i lost my husband 2/5/11 ,i googled carols name,i was sad to hear she was gone,sounds she had a big family and i know you all miss her,my condolences to you all.may god bless you all .delores offenberg newsome
