I am so sadden to hear about Chuck. I only wish I had the oppurtunity to get to know him. My friend, Jane Hummert always had such great things to say about her brother, Chuck. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Chuck, I am the luckiest girl in the world to have had such a GREAT brother like you. I will miss you and think of you everyday. Every “Beatles”, “U2” & “Who” song that plays I will think of you. I’ll also miss everytime you would call you would say “Hi Ann, its your brother”, even though I already knew it was you, I would always smile everytime I heard your voice. You are now at peace and with Dad & Stephanie, watch over mom & I and know WE love you so much and YOU will always be in our hearts! WE LOVE YOU CHUCK!! XOXO

It’s not often you make friends in your 40’s, but Chuck, it was always a pleasure hanging out and going to concerts and shows. I will always be indebted for the U2 tickets for my birthday a few years ago. A good man and good friend, always a kind word. We all miss you, buddy.

What a great friend. You really went out of your way to help me several times over the years. We had a lot of fun at concerts, hockey games, etc. I remember we went to a “handshake” game vs the Blackhawks a few years ago. And a Paul McCartney concert. Great times.

Chuck, you will be missed. However, we all know now we have another angel looking down on us. Aunt Boots and all the girls you are in our thoughts and prayers. Remember Chuck is not suffering any longer and he is at peace.

    Chuck
Our friendship began with a song and encompassed miles of smiles and memories. From sunrises to sunsets and sunsets to sunrises you lived
with passion and vision and we were attracted to you and your spirit. You gave love and received love, always there for us and in return we were there for you. You carried your cross with courage. With dignity and honor you will rest in peace.
You touched our lives and the world is a better place because of you. I thank you for sharing yourself and your family with us. I thank God and His Son Jesus our paths
joined in this life. So long for now friend. I Love You Always And Forever.
    Peace
    Paul

I played on an elementary basketball team with Chuck, which was coached by his father.
He also lived in the same subdivision as my family.
I moved from the St. Louis area and wondered what happened to him after high school.
I’m sorry to see that Chuck died so young after health problems.
He is remembered by all of those- like me- whose lives he touched.
