Dollie Emory

 Went home to Heaven on December. 19th, 2010. Preceded in death by her wonderful husband James E. Emory; beloved mother of  Deborah K. Sanders and Richard J. Knibb.Jr; Dear grandmother of Krystal N. (Ronald) Mathis; Loving great grandmother of Skyler & Heaven Mathis; Caring companion to her dog Herbie.

Dollie loved spending time with her family, and was a wonderful mother, grandmother & great grandmother.She was a respected  pillar of her community, was very well loved & will be greatly missed by all.

A prodigy of her time, Dollie Emory graduated from Mckinley High School at age 17. She went on to be a legal secretary for a major lawfirm. From there she went on to being an owner of her own beauty salon were she made the whole commuity feel good about themselves. She was a very trusted friend who listened to anyones problems with out thinking of her own.

Dollie was apart of many social networks such as the Fudpuckers and The Red Hatters. She was also recognized in the book of Who’s Who.She was very succsessful at anything & everything she set out after.

After Dollie retired she spent her time with her loving husband Jim. They were a special couple. Dollie spent the rest of her years devoted to helping and taking care of her friends and family. She was a very selfless person. She always put everyone befor herself. Dollie lived a very long and fufilled life and she had no regrets. She will be rememberd in our hearts forever.
