A life well lived that I am so sorry to see end. My sincere sympathy to all and most especially to my cousins from that great union and to my aunt Eleanor, who has now lost all of her brothers.

Uncle Jerry will be missed tremendously. I was lucky enough to spend Christmas with him in 2009 and we had fun remebering and playing cards. I beat him in cribbage which was a feat all in itself. My prayers are with all of my dear cousins. Because of our parents we grew up with laughter and memories that will never be forgotten.

What I loved most about Uncle Jerry was his quick wit and dry sense of humor. What a wonderful man who brought up 4 other wonderful men. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Sara

Uncle Jerry always has been one of my favorite people. As children he loved to pull pranks on us and get us all “wound up”. He will be greatly missed by all of us. Greg, Steve, Jeff and David, you were all very blessed to have such great parents.
    Sandy

I will never forget at the age of 6 or 7 years old standing under the trees at the Lake house with Uncle Jerry. We were looking out over the Lake when a leaf drifted down and sat on Uncle Jerry’s shoulder. Uncle Jerry swiped at a leaf and exclaimed “Leaf me alone!”
I must have had a huge smile on my face because he just chuckled. I use that same silly quip on my own kids! I will miss you Uncle Jerry. Give Aunt Mary a kiss for me! Susie

I’ll never forget at age 6 or 7 years old, Uncle Jerry and I were standing under the trees behind the Knott Summer Lake house. We were looking out over the Lake when a leaf drifted down and landed on Uncle Jerry’s shoulder. Uncle Jerry swiped at the leaf and exclaimed, “Leaf me alone!” I must have had a huge smile on my face because he just chuckled.
I’ll miss you Uncle Jerry. Give Aunt Mary a kiss for me! Love – Susie
