Ella Mae was born in St. Louis, lived in Florissant for 20+ years and then moved to St. Peters where she resided for another 20+years until 3/07 where she moved into Warrenton Manor Nursing Facility until the Lord took her home on 12/3/07 at 7:30am

She married Don Richard Johnson on Sept. 18, 1954. Don is still living and resides in St. Charles, MO

She is also survived by her loving children Mark Richard Johnson – 47 years old, Don Arthur Johnson – 45 years old, Joy Ann McBride – 38 years old, as well as her adoring grandchildren Mike Melder , Matt Johnson, Jessica McBride, Dustin McBride, Conor McBride, Raeann McBride, Ricky Kirkwood, Austin Johnson, Zachary Kirkwood. Great Grandchild: Alexis Johnson

She has two siblings, Flyod Portell and Barbara Levinski
