Jeff is survived by his son, Dustin; Dustin’s mother, Nicola Hoerr; his step-daughter, Christina Hoerr; his mother and step-father, Raymond and Gail Prang; his grandmother, Helen Danahey; his sisters, Cheryl Hoerr, Linda Hoerr, Suzanne (Gary) Carter and his step-brothers and sister, Stephen (Lori) Prang, George Prang, Douglas Prang, Laura (John)Majikes, and David Prang; and many other relatives and friends that loved him and will miss him.
