John was an extremely intelligent gentleman & known as a “Problem Solver”. I sincerely appreciated & deeply respected John’s willingness to share his wealth of knowledge & his skillful ability to teach. John’s final request to me was to accept the responsibility of his advocate caregiver & take him home to the peaceful tranquility of his own bed. John it was my honor to show you the depth of my love…until we meet again My Dear Friend.

To the MOST respected man in my life next to my own father. All lessons learned old friend. Thank you for inspiring all you have. My quest has been forever changed. The knowledge you passed forever retained.
I was proud to be there to help YOU solve your final task old friend. Peace

Johnny was a man of seemingly endless knowledge. He shared a relatively small, but valuable portion of the knowledge with me, without asking for anything in return. That was the kind of man he was. He gave so much and asked so little. Please rest in peace my friend.

I have known Johnny all of my life and he was an extremely great guy. He was a man who knew a little about everything and alot about many things. From building a Jyrocopter to flying a glider thru the jet stream, from using chewing gum as a temporary fix on a leaky automobile gas tank leak to giving up his innertube for the family float trip so someone whose tube had popped could still float (Johnny used his spare tire to float) Johnny was always prepared to help. He traveled all over the world and was always willing to share his memories with those who would listen. My children and grandchildren were very lucky to spend many mornings over breakfast with Johnny. My granddaughter loved to talk books with him and my gran
