I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. I did not know him personally, but my niece Debbie is married to Paul. I know how hard it is to lose a loved one. May God bless your family & remember all the good times you shared with him.

    Dad,

I love you and will think about and miss you everyday. I never thought the day would come when I wouldnt be able to call you for advice or go grab a margarita with you. You taught me alot but the one thing I wish you would have shared was your strength. I could really use some right now. You were the best dad a princess could have asked for! What I would give for one more day with you…that day will come but until then watch over me and keep me safe. You are my newly found guardian angel and I will be looking to you for your advice and your guidance. I love you dad and until we meet again….I thank you for making such an impact on my life and helping to mold me into the person I am today. Our memories will always have a special place in my heart. I love you….

    Love,
    Meg

Mr. Joe was the most enjoyable person to be around. He was wise beyond his years and always willing to give advice to his family. I was blessed to become apart of his family. On mine and Megans’ wedding night he gave me some advice that has to this day stuck with me and I will never forget it. He said “Jacob, never take the trash out with your left hand….you don’t want to throw your ring away in the trash.” I then responded with, “well that makes sense.” I will never forget Mr. Joe and the impact he had on my life. We will meet again.

While it is with great sadness that we morn his passing, we will remember him an even greater sense of pride.

There was and will only be one Pappa Joe.

He had such a profound impact on us, and all around him.

He had a way, despite all of our different personalities and circumstances, to draw us into him. He made us all feel loved and wanted.

His humor, his warmth, and his uncanny way of putting life into perspective, made him such a powerful mentor. We gained so much from him.

We will always remember him as a man who gave so much of himself.

The infamous Pappa Joe stories and the richness he brought to all our lives will never be equaled.

Joey you were the BEST father-in-law any one could ask for. I will always remember the fun times with family dinner’s (you always ordered spaghetti & meatballs), bbq’s and poker nights. Best memories of all are the great “Joey” stories that made everyone laughed. I will miss your smile and sense of humor.
    Love, Deb

IT STILL DOES NOT SEEM REAL THAT HE’S GONE. WORDS ARE INADEQUATE TO PAY TRIBUTE TO THE MAN THAT WAS MY FATHER. HE WAS THE SMARTEST MAN I KNEW. HE WAS ALSO A QUIET STRONG WHO LOVED LIFE WITH ABANDON. GUT-BURSTING HUMOR WAS ANOTHER OF HIS GIFTS. AND, AS THE PREVIOUS NOTES SHOW HE HAD A GREAT ABILITY TO MAKE ALL IN HIS LIFE FEEL SPECIAL. WE ARE ALL BLESSED WHO KNEW HIM. BUT THAT DOESN’T MAKE THE HEART BREAK ANY EASIER.

I am Joe’s ex brother in law I share not the glory you all recite since his passing Both Gregg and he used their law licenses to extort monies they were not entitled to. He made life very hard for my mother even when she was in her eighties, My mom was his mother in law
