Paula Kemper

Paula Sue Kemper, 61, of Chesterfield, MO and formerly of Akron, PA died peacefully on August 2, 2010, in her home with her family at her side.

Above all, she was a devoted wife, mother, nana, grandmother and friend. She most enjoyed spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.

Besides her parents, her brother Greg predeceased her. Surviving are her husband of 42 years, Clarence; her son Eric and wife Jodi; her daughter Kristin Flood and husband Matt; and four grandchildren, Ryan and Emily Kemper and Ethan and Jacob Flood; siblings Rick Gerhard, Pam Steffy and Steve Gerhard and numerous nephews and nieces.

Cremation services were provided by St. Louis Cremation.

What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say goodbye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget. -author unknown

Paula I learned a lot from you & I will miss you greatly!
